The Brief

Nestled facing Mont-Blanc, Chalet Alpen Valley embodies the marriage of mountain refuge spirit and contemporary hospitality. An exceptional panorama, a warm atmosphere, and hospitality designed to feel like home: here, luxury is simple, grounded, and accessible.

To evolve the guest experience while reinforcing the brand signature, the 369° Hôtels & Maisons group entrusted MIC[e] with a precise, focused brief, centered on the details that matter: objects, signage, graphic identity, F&B storytelling.

To elevate the on-site experience and strengthen the identity of the place, MIC[e] intervened on concrete pillars: F&B, signage, graphic design, branded objects, with one ambition: to sublimate the codes of the mountain home with quiet simplicity.

A tailor-made partnership, season after season.

Moodboard - Chalet Alpen Valley

Blonde wood, natural materials, a palette of greens. MIC[e] conceived each object, menus, signage elements, information supports, as a sensory extension of the Alpen Valley experience. The Lacoste-signed uniforms translate this vision into a clean, practical, and instantly recognizable silhouette.

The F&B experience

MIC[e] supports Chalet Alpen Valley with a sustainable F&B strategy that is clear, appealing and operational, aligned with the 369° group vision. The new menu emphasizes quality sourcing and generosity, with as much attention given to what's on the plate as to the overall guest journey.

A discreet alpine address,
with Mont-Blanc on the horizon.
