Nestled in the lush hillsides of Saint-Barthélemy, Le Tropical embodies a sunny, laid-back art de vivre. To strengthen its position among the island's most vibrant addresses, 369° Hôtels & Maisons called on MIC[e] to elevate two strategic pillars of the guest experience: dining and wellness.

Our mission: to infuse meaning into the experience through singular, fully realized concepts. Romi and the Holi'Box were born from this ambition, two strong narrative pillars where storytelling, sensory consistency, and operational efficiency come together.

Romi, a table that takes you on a journey
In 2025, Romi reinvents itself under a new kitchen team. MIC[e] shaped this evolution through a strong narrative, a new menu, redesigned service rituals, and an immersive shoot to capture the essence of this transformation.
Influences from Asia, South America, and the Mediterranean blend into a vibrant menu, playing with steam, fire, and spice like a true culinary journey. Each dish tells a story: a bustling Bangkok street, a colorful Lima market, a sun-drenched Costa Brava shoreline. Romi doesn't belong to a single continent, it celebrates travel, with personality and character.

Holistic wellness
Developed in collaboration with French brand Holidermie, the Holi'Box is a wellness pop-up installed at the heart of the hotel. MIC[e] conceived a holistic experience blending signature treatments, beauty food (detox infusions, collagen cubes), and creative F&B offerings such as wellness cocktails and collagen coffee.
The experience is designed 360°: space decoration, treatment menu, visuals, branded objects… MIC[e] orchestrated every step, from concept to photoshoot, making this wellness capsule a genuine asset for the hotel.
To animate the evenings, MIC[e] also curated a series of events, supported by bespoke visuals.
